Quotations

• An inquiry does not oblige you to buy. A preliminary quotation covers the specified products; transport, delivery arrangements and lead times are confirmed in the final quotation.
• Accepting a preliminary quotation means you want to continue – it does not start production.
• A contract is made when you accept the final quotation and we confirm the order in writing.
• Indicative prices shown in the configurator are guidance only and exclude VAT and transport.

Products and specifications

• Products are manufactured by DRUTEX S.A., Poland, to the specification in the confirmed order. Sketches in the configurator are request sketches, not approved manufacturing drawings.
• Sizes, openings and options are checked before the order; items marked “Requires technical review” are confirmed with you.
• Colours on screen are indicative.

Delivery

Delivery address, date and unloading are agreed for each order. Please check the goods on delivery and note visible damage on the delivery documents.

Installation

Installation is not part of our supply. Fitting should follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and local building rules.

Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty terms apply and are stated in the final quotation.

Law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply if you buy as a consumer.
